Hint:

Income in 2000 = Rs 50 cr, Profit = Rs 30 cr

Expenditure in 2000 = 50 - 30 = Rs 20 cr

Income in 2003 = Rs 95 cr, Profit = Rs 50 cr

Expenditure in 2003 = 95 - 50 = Rs 45 cr

Ratio = 20:45 = 4:9
