Duration: 2-year/ 4-semester.

1. M.Tech. specializations: Aerospace Engineering, Biotechnology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Environmental Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Remote Sensing.

2. M.Pharm specializations: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.

3. MUP - Master of Urban Planning

4. M.Sc. program disciplines: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Geo-Informatics, Physics

Eligibility: B.Arch / B.Planning/ B.Pharm./ B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Tech./ MCA/ M.Sc./ M.A. or equivalent in the appropriate disciplines with  55%  (50% for SC/ ST).  

Application fee: Rs.1,500 (General/ OBC/ EWS candidates) and Rs.1,000 (SC/ ST candidates).
