UPSC - CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination-2024 

Union Public Service Commission will hold a Written Examination for recruitment of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).

Exam Details:

* Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2024

Vacancies: BSF- 186, CRPF- 120, CISF- 100, ITBP- 58, SSB- 42.

Total no. of posts: 506.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with Physical and Medical Standards.

Age Limits: 20 to 25 years on 01-08-2024.

Selection Process: Based on Written Exam (Paper I, Paper II), Physical Standards/ Physical Efficiency Test, Medical Examination, Interview/ Personality Test, Document verification etc.

Application Fee: Rs.200 (excepting Female/ SC/ ST Candidates who are exempted from payment of fee).

Centres of examination in AP & TS: Hyderabad, Tirupati, Vishakhapatnam.

Last date for submission online applications: 14.05.2024.

Modification in application form: 15.05.2024 to 21.05.2024.

Date of Written Examination: 04-08-2024.
