1-3; This is a sentence with Subject + Verb + Indirect Object + Direct Object + Adjunct. If the indirect object is a person, it must be placed before the direct object.

3-1; 4-2; 5-3; 6-4; 7-1; 8-2.

9-3; Some questions begin with modal helping verbs (will, can, shall, must, would, couldshould, ought to)

10-1; In active voice, orders and commands usually begin with verbs.

11-2; Some questions begin with "B" Form verbs (Am, Is, Are, Was, Were.)

12-3; In active voice, requests usually begin with verbs and end with the word, "please".
