In SBI Junior Associates Exam Preliminary or IBPS Clerk Preliminary, usually 10-12 questions will come from simplifications. So, this is very important area. One has to be thorough in calculations, Percentages, fractions to solve these questions. He/ she has to do all the simplifications according to BODMAS rule only. Students also need to remember some important identities (Formulae), Laws of indices, Multiplication tables upto 20, Squares of numbers upto 30 and Cubes of numbers upto 15. These things will help them to solve questions quickly. Faster calculation methods like Speed Math Techniques or Vedic Maths methods will help to save time in calculations. If possible, students need to learn them. But a lot of practice is required for solving these questions quickly.
