* Two-year M.Tech. programme: 115 Seats

Specialisation: Bioinformatics, Materials Engineering, Nanoscience and Technology, Manufacturing Science and Engineering, Integrated Circuits Technology, Microelectronics & VLSI Design.

Eligibility: B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc. in relevant discipline with GATE score.

Admission Process: Based on GATE score, Counseling, Rule of reservation etc.

Application Fees: General Rs.600, EWS Rs.550, OBC Rs.400, SC/ ST/ PH(PwD) Rs.275.

Last date for online application: 10-05-2024.

Notification of list of selected candidates for admission counseling: 22.5.2024.

Admission Counseling: 31.5.2024.

Commencement of classes: 01.08.2024.
