Admission Process

The admission process is extremely short and quick. Students can apply to the educational institute with application form, relevant academic documents etc (for a complete list please contact our offices).

Universities and other institutions take about 1 to 2 weeks for processing an application. Once admission is confirmed students are invited to pay 1 term fee. If a student pays a fee he can get a confirmed offer to join. In case student is unable to pay then he can apply for an in principle approval. An in principal approval is a prerogative of the university or institute thus it may or may not be granted. It is advisable to be prepared with funds as it reduces the uncertainty of admission. It is advisable to apply 2 months before the start of the program.

Getting your Irish VISA

On receiving an admit or in principal approval a student can apply for Irish visa. A police clearance will be needed before an application for a visa is made. The visa application form along with the relevant admission, educational and financial documents (for a detailed list please check with our office) have to be submitted to the Irish embassy.

The visa office takes anywhere between 2 to 6 weeks based on the number of pending applications in queue to communicate its acceptance. The visa is usually for a period of 3 months only and has to be extended after joining the educational institution.

Checklist of Documents

1. Three passport size photographs with students name written on the back of the photograph.
2. Photocopies of mark sheets standard X or ‘O’ level onwards….
3. Provisional / Degree certificate.
4. Two reference letter on the Original letterheads only.
5. Statement of Purpose signed by the student.
6. TOEFL/IELTS scores if taken (please note if your English mark fall below 70% in ISE/CBSE/State Board (+2 level), we suggest you to immediately arrangements for TOEFL or IELTS exam as this will avoid unnecessary delay).
7. Work experience details if any.
8. A Photocopy of your passport – Front two pages and last two pages
9. Bio data signed by the student.

Work Options

Students who enroll for a study program in Ireland are eligible to work part time for upro 20 hours per week during the period when the term is going on and full time during holidays. The average wage for part time jobs is between €8 and €10 per hour.

On completion of the program students are allowed to work for a period of 1 year on a full time basis. Ireland also has a comparatively liberal family immigration policy and students who have studied in Ireland earn special points.

About Ireland

Ireland is a small independent island nation situated on the West Coast of Europe, with a population of 4.6 million people. It is among the founding members of EU. According to a United Nations 2011 survey it is among the top 10 in the world on quality of life. Irish people are renowned for their friendliness and hospitality. It has a comfortable climate. English is the predominant language spoken in Ireland.


The Ireland education system
Ireland has constantly made sustained investment in education. Therefore now, Ireland has one of the highest educational participation rates in the world. Even though the education institutions are private they are highly government funded. Ireland has primarily 3 types of educational institutions Universities, Technological institutions and private colleges. These institutions offer a wide range of opportunities in post-secondary courses, vocational and technical training, degree and post-graduate programs. It has a cooperative work study program in which students are placed in employment relevant to their Degree programs for 6 to 8 months during their undergraduate studies. Students usually prefer shorter duration courses like the 1 ear Masters or diploma programs.

Entry Criterion
Academic requirement – To apply for undergraduate programs candidates require 10+2 or equivalent. To apply for postgraduate program a bachelor’s degree in any field is required. Most institutions have their own eligibility criteria and student can apply based on current profile. Doctoral programs are also available though not in large volumes. Requirements and availability varies.

English proficiency - All students seeking to study in Australia must be fluent in English. An IELTS, TOEFL or other English proficiency exams scores is required for admission and visa.
