IIFPT, Thanjavur - B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.D Programmes 

The NIFTEM-Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT),Tamil Nadu (Thanjavur), Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India invites applications for admission in various programs for the academic year 2021-2022.

Details ..

1) BTech Program (Food Technology)

Course Duration: Four years.

Eligibility: Must have passed Intermediate (10 + 2) and JEE (Main) -2021 qualification.

Selection Procedure: Based on All India JEE (Main) 2021 rank (joSAA 2021).

2) MTech Program (Food Technology)

Departments: Food Process Engineering, Food Process Technology, Food Safety and Quality Assurance.

Course Duration: Two years.

Eligibility: Four year Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree in relevant subjects with at least 60% marks.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on UG marks, NIFTEM-T-IIFPT Online Entrance Exam.

3) PhD Program (Food Technology)

Departments: Food Process Engineering, Food Process Technology.

Eligibility: Masters degree in relevant subjects with at least 55% marks.

Selection Procedure: The selection process will be based on UG, PG marks, NIFTEM-T-IIFPT Online Entrance Exam, Online Interview.

Last date for PhD programs: 15.12.2021.
